You can safely forgo any measurements on the ropes!
- Balances all ropes to the same level, regardless of the rope diameter and number of ropes. This guarantees no more unevenly tensioned ropes and no more unevenly worn traction sheaves.
- No deflection due to steel springs or rubber buffers. This means direct load transfer and therefore greater holding accuracy of the system.
- On request with integrated load measuring system.
- Easy detection of slack rope.

It is clearly visible how much the rope tensions on this system change during just one ride.
It should be noted that the rope tensions were checked during installation and set absolutely correctly.
Nevertheless, after only about 20,000 trips, such significant differences in the rope tensions already occur.
System data: Q= 1250kg, v= 1.6m/s, lifting head 32m, 2:1, 7 ropes Brugg CTP 8.1.
The balance ensures a stable connection despite the constantly changing rope tensions. 100% load balancing of the ropes among themselves. This would not be possible with spring packages, for example.

For versions with fewer ropes than the base block offers, the corresponding suspension points are closed with blind plugs.
The photo on the left shows an example of a 9-block for 7 ropes with 2 blind plugs.
